MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all administrative processes related to the employee lifecycle (onboarding, contractual changes, offboarding);
- Prepare and maintain up-to-date employee personnel files
- Monitor and manage attendance and punctuality records
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Coordinate with Occupational Health providers and ensure compliance with legal obligations
- Organize and manage professional training programs, including logistics, record-keeping, and certification
- Support the management of uniforms and work equipment (recording, distribution, replacement)
- Assist in the planning and execution of internal events and communication initiatives
- Support performance appraisal processes and other HR cross-functional projects
- Prepare mandatory legal reports (e.g., Annual income declarations, DMR, Single Report)
- Maintain and update HR information systems (e.g., PHC, SharePoint, etc.)
- Provide employees with administrative support and guidance (clarifications, documentation, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (experience in an industrial environment is an asset)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with HRIS and management software (e.g., PHC, nG.Up, SharePoint);
