HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATIVE TECHNICIAN

  • Manage all administrative processes related to the employee lifecycle (onboarding, contractual changes, offboarding);
  • Prepare and maintain up-to-date employee personnel files
  • Monitor and manage attendance and punctuality records
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
  • Coordinate with Occupational Health providers and ensure compliance with legal obligations
  • Organize and manage professional training programs, including logistics, record-keeping, and certification
  • Support the management of uniforms and work equipment (recording, distribution, replacement)
  • Assist in the planning and execution of internal events and communication initiatives
  • Support performance appraisal processes and other HR cross-functional projects
  • Prepare mandatory legal reports (e.g., Annual income declarations, DMR, Single Report)
  • Maintain and update HR information systems (e.g., PHC, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Provide employees with administrative support and guidance (clarifications, documentation, etc.)

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a results- and deadline-oriented approach
  • High level of responsibility, autonomy, and initiative
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills

 

  • University degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (experience in an industrial environment is an asset)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Familiarity with HRIS and management software (e.g., PHC, nG.Up, SharePoint);
