HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATIVE TECHNICIAN

MISSION

Ensure the administrative management of Human Resources by guaranteeing compliance with legal, operational, and strategic processes, while promoting efficiency and accuracy in the company’s internal procedures.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage HR administrative processes, including onboarding, contractual changes, terminations, and maintaining both physical and digital records.
  • Perform attendance control and payroll processing, ensuring legal compliance and up-to-date systems (PHC, nGTime, SharePoint).
  • Coordinate with Occupational Health Services and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Support the management and organization of professional training initiatives.
  • Assist in recruitment and selection processes, as well as in the onboarding of new employees.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and tax obligations, such as annual income statements, DMR, and the “Relatório Único.”
  • Promote a positive organizational climate by contributing to internal communication and coordinating team events.
 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in an industrial environment).

 

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (particularly Excel).

  • Familiarity with management software (PHC, nG.Up, SharePoint).
