MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
- Analyse purchasing needs and technical specifications in coordination with the Engineering and Production teams
- Identify, contact, and select suitable suppliers according to the organisation’s needs
- Negotiate prices, delivery times, and commercial terms, ensuring the best costbenefit ratio
- Ensure the issuing and follow-up of purchase orders until receipt
- Anticipate and mitigate supply risks that may compromise project execution or production continuity
- Ensure the operational follow-up of suppliers, maintaining effective communication and an appropriate response to JPM’s needs
- Evaluate and monitor supplier performance, promoting improvement actions whenever necessary
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at cost optimisation, service level improvement, and purchasing process efficiency
- Collaborate with differente areas of the company to resolve issues related to the supply of materials and services
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 12th grade, CET (Technological Specialisation Course), or higher education qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience (mandatory)
ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE
- English
- Knowledge of PHC (optional) and Excel
- Knowledge of negotiation and stock management
