MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Train company users in the proper use of IT tools (Office, SharePoint, PHC, etc)
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to IT infrastructure
- Research and implement new IT solutions to improve the company’s operations
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Windows servers (AD, SQL, Exchange)
- Manage the integrated IT security system
- Analyze, develop, and program new features (PHC / SQL)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science
- More than 5 years of experience (mandatory)
