MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrate knowledge and ability to work in accordance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 requirements.
- Validate calibration certificates (EMMs) with technical accuracy.
- Implement continuous improvement actions in alignment with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
- Define and implement actions to address non-conformities, including conducting critical analyses to identify root causes.
- Manage and control quality, environmental, and safety KPIs.
- Ensure client quality requirements are consistently monitored and updated.
- Oversee waste data management, GFEE (Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases), authorized supplier validation, and environmental impact assessments.
- Develop and implement plans to prevent accidents and occupational diseases, including risk control measures, emergency procedures, and training and awareness programs.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections to verify compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards.
- Develop policies, flowcharts, procedures, and work instructions to standardize and document responsibilities and actions for the IMS Compliance Department.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Technological specialization course or degree
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
OTHER KNOWLEDGE
- CCP certification (formerly CAP)
- Knowledge of Decree Law 50/2005
- Familiarity with the Machinery Directive
- Training in occupational hygiene and safety
