MISSION
Ensure the effective management of People, guaranteeing compliance with legal, operational, and strategic processes, while promoting efficiency and rigor in the company’s internal operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage HR administrative processes, including onboarding, contractual changes, terminations, and both physical and digital employee records
- Monitor attendance and process payroll, ensuring legal compliance and keeping HR management systems up to date – Preferred qualification
- Coordinate with Occupational Health Services and ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Support the management and organization of professional training programs
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes, as well as in the onboarding of new employees
- Ensure compliance with legal and tax obligations such as annual income statements, DMR, and the Single Report
- Foster a positive organizational climate, contributing to internal communication and organizing team events
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar fields
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles (experience in an industrial setting is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Familiarity with management software such as PHC, nG.Up, and SharePoint
