PEOPLE MANAGER

Ensure the effective management of People, guaranteeing compliance with legal, operational, and strategic processes, while promoting efficiency and rigor in the company’s internal operations.

 

  • Manage HR administrative processes, including onboarding, contractual changes, terminations, and both physical and digital employee records
  • Monitor attendance and process payroll, ensuring legal compliance and keeping HR management systems up to date – Preferred qualification
  • Coordinate with Occupational Health Services and ensure compliance with legal requirements
  • Support the management and organization of professional training programs
  • Assist in recruitment and selection processes, as well as in the onboarding of new employees
  • Ensure compliance with legal and tax obligations such as annual income statements, DMR, and the Single Report
  • Foster a positive organizational climate, contributing to internal communication and organizing team events

 

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar fields
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles (experience in an industrial setting is a plus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Familiarity with management software such as PHC, nG.Up, and SharePoint

 

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and critical thinking
  • Ability to manage priorities with a focus on goals and deadlines
