MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Training company users in the proper use of IT tools (Office, SharePoint, PHC, etc.);
- Support in the management and maintenance of the physical infrastructure and IT park, including servers;
- Support in carrying out research into IT solutions with a view to improving the company’s operations;
- Support in carrying out research into IT solutions with a view to improving the company’s operations;
- Supporting the department’s management in the development activities of the company’s other functional areas;
- Support in software developments carried out internally;
- Support in the management and maintenance of Windows Servers;
- Database management support – Microsoft SQL;
- Support in managing the Email Server – Exchange;
- Support in the management of the Integrated Security System – SOPHOS;
- Backup management support – StorageCraft and Synology;
- Analysis, development and programming – PHC/SQL.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Technological specialization course and/or degree in the area;
- Minimum experience of 1 to 2 years;
- Good knowledge of English.
OTHER SKILLS
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems (configuration);
- Knowledge of programming languages (HTML, VB, SQL, others).
